Displaying Project Objects 

Use

In the Gantt chart you can show or hide objects in your project and thus decide on the degree of detail you display.

Activity

Select WBS element

Edit ® Show/hide ® Show activity or Hide activity

The system also shows or hides the assigned activity elements and milestones You show or hide sub-networks and project objects with deletion flags separately.

Edit ® Show/hide ® Show activity element or Hide activity element

  

Milestones

Select WBS element or activity

Edit ® Show/hide ® Show milestone or Hide milestone

You can display the milestones for an activity in several lines or grouped together in one line. To do so, choose Settings ® Display ® Milestone ® Display individually or Display grouped.

Subnetwork

Select activity

Edit ® Show/hide ® Show network or Hide network

  

Sub-tree

Select WBS element

Edit ® Object ® WBS element ® Collapse/expand

The system shows or hides all the subordinate project objects in a sub-tree.

Relationship

Select WBS element or activity

Edit ® Show/hide ® Show relationship or Hide relationship

The system shows or hides the relationships in the graphic area.

Project object with deletion flag

Select WBS element or activity

Choose Edit ® Show/Hide ® Object with deletion flag in the relevant menu section

The system displays the project object with a deletion flag and highlights it in color.

If you want to display all the project objects assigned to a project object, select the object and choose Show all dependent objects. However sub-networks and objects with deletion flags are not displayed. Display these objects separately.
