Maintaining Activities in the Object Overview

If you use the object overview to maintain activities you do not have to maintain each activity overview individually.

If you have specified an overview variant in the profile, the system uses this object overview.
If you did not specify an overview variant, the system displays a dialog box where you can select one.

Select the activities on the object overview that you want to maintain.

To go to the corresponding detail screen, choose Details ® Activity /Element
Enter the required data in the detail screen or change the existing default values, if necessary.

Goto the next detail screen by clicking on Prev. act. or Next activity and maintain the data.

Save your data.
