Creating Project Definitions
Use
You can create and change the project definition independently of the work breakdown structure.
Procedure
1. On the Operative Structures screen choose:

Work breakdown structure ® Create or-
Work breakdown structure ® Project definition ® CreateThe initial screen appears.
2. Enter a new number for the project definition or let the system propose the next free number.
3. Enter a project profile and choose Enter.
The Create Project Definition screen appears.
4. Enter the data for the project definition.
The data that is saved in the project profile is copied to the project definition automatically. You can change some of this data.
5. Save your data.
