Entitlement trasfer to special payments from table T558A

Description

You can use this report to transfer extra payment rights from table T558A.

It is supposed that such rights are acquired in the past and you must import them to the cluster table 'SP' for processing them afterwards by means of the automatic extra payments.

You must perform the following steps:

1)

First, you must assign the employee to the relevant extra payment.

a) Using the transaction PE03, update the extra payments
feature.

b) You must previously define the extra payments that you want
to transfer in table T530C.

Afterwards, you must update extra payment wage types (attention: NOT technical wage types for constituting valuation basis) in table T558A.

For such purpose, you must define initial entries for each employee for whom extra payments have been defined in accordance with table T530C, releasing this report with the "I" processing mode.

Note: See F1 documentation of the parameter selection field for further information.

2)

If you want to transfer daily rights to the cluster table 'SP', you must fill in the quantity field of the table T558A entry with the corresponding days.

If you want to transfer valuation basis that have already been calculated to the cluster table 'SP', you must fill in the amount field of the table T558A entry with the corresponding amount.

If the end of the extra payment that you want to transfer is in the past, you must enter '200' in the Rate field of table T558A (extra payment to pay). In the opposite case (paid extra payment) enter '100' or '0' (same effects) in this field.

Attention:
- If you have a paid and to pay extra payment of the same wage type,
you must consider the initial date of the table T558A entry a
consecutive number. The initial and end date of the table T558A
entry must always be in the period of the payroll to be transferred.

- You can only transfer extra payments for which any payment has been
made, because in future automatic payments you cannot consider the
part that has already been paid.
3)

Afterwards you must release the payroll bearing in mind the following:

If you still require some wage types of the preceding settled period, you must release the payroll with the ELKO schema and the corresponding data of table T558A.

If you do not require wage types of the preceding settled period, you can execute schema E000.

Attention: You can only make the transfer to an already settled period.

4)

Afterwards, release the RPCSPUn0 report anew.

This report must be based on payroll results, because it can only update update the data that can be found in cluster table 'SP' and cannot create a new table.

To release this report anew, use the 'U' processing mode in order to fill the cluster table 'SP' with the entries of table T530C and T558A.

Note: See F1 documentation of the parameter selection field for further information about the processing mode.

Output

In the following payroll period the transferred extra payment rights will be automatically considered.
