In this step you can set up a link between deduction wage types with and without participation in the limits processing.
The amount of a deduction wage type that is cut down can be forwarded to the next period using the arrears functionality. In the next period this amount is recovered into the current deduction process. This implies that the amount is processed again in the limits function.
You may wish to suppress this second limitation of the deduction. The arrears amount should only be subtracted by the employers net in the subsequent pay periods, but should not be limited again and again. To do so, the deduction wage type in the arrears table can be copied to another deduction wage type without defined limits. Therefore you have to define the link between the deduction wage type placed into arrears and a second wage type name. The deduction will then be renamed with the new wage type name.
Determine all deductions to be limited that require this replacement.
