Maintain
Processing Class and Its Specifications
In this step, you can:
- Create processing classes and their
specifications
- Create new specifications for existing
processing classes
Standard
Settings
The processing classes that are provided with
the standard system are stored in the SAP name range from
01 to 89. Processing classes
90 to 99 are available for
customer entries.
Recommendation
- We recommend that you create new
specifications in the customer name range only. This ensures that your entries
are not overwritten at the next release upgrade.
- We recommend that you do not delete or modify
any processing classes in the standard system, since this can lead to errors
in the Payroll process.
