Sending a Reminder and Confirming Certificate Receipt 
Use
You now send a reminder to your vendor that a necessary certificate has not yet been provided. You then confirm that the certificate has been received. Both of these transactions are performed using the worklist.

You now see the purchasing document in the worklist. If the traffic light is red, a reminder must be sent.
The Print dialog box appears. You print the reminder even though the number of reminder days has not yet been exceeded.
