You use this function to change existing sales orders. In particular, it enables you to cancel individual items, and whole orders, that customers no longer require.

• You can move the requested delivery date. Once you have posted this, ensure that the system confirms the date.
• You can set or remove a delivery block.
• You can enter new items.
• You can change the quantities of the order items. Once you have posted the quantities, ensure that the system confirms them. You cannot set a quantity to 0. Instead, you enter a reason for the cancellation.
• If the goods are no longer required, you set a suitable reason for the cancellation in the relevant item. If the customer no longer requires the whole order, you can also cancel the whole order. Press the relevant button, and in the header enter a suitable reason for the cancellation.
• You can change the conditions for an item.
• You can change the texts for an item.

2. Choose Save.

The system posts the changes.

3. If required, you can print out the changed sales order.

• If items were canceled, the stocks of these orders that were allocated to the order items are available again for other orders.
