Using the Sales Order Overview in SAP Retail Store

Use

This function provides you with the following options:

You can obtain information on sales orders placed by a customer and display the status of the orders.
You can go to the screen for changing an order. In particular, you can cancel single items or the whole order.
You can go to the screen for delivering an order, to deliver the merchandise in the order to the customer.

Procedure

Enter the order number, if you know it.

If you do not know the customer number or the article number, you can find it using the search help. The character * can be used as a placeholder.

The initial screen contains criteria such as the customer number, the creation date of the order or the article number, which you can use to search for the required order.

If you want to create an overview of the orders matching particular criteria, such as all the orders from a particular customer as of a certain date, choose Find orders. In the list that is displayed, you can select the order number to display the items in it.

Choose the required function.

For each item, the system displays the number of the delivery with which the customer received the item. The total quantity delivered so far is also displayed. From here, too, you can go to the screen for changing or delivering an order.

To obtain further information on deliveries (for example, if more than one delivery was necessary for a particular item and the quantities delivered), choose Further details.
