Use
You can make various personal settings for working with the Project Builder. These are saved user-specifically and can be changed at any time. If you do not make any user-specific settings, the systems works with preconfigured standard settings.
Features
There are two ways of maintaining user-specific settings:

If you usually only look at project data without changing it, you load the data for display only. In this case, the database is not locked and the project can be edited (changed) by another user. If you do not have change authorization, the system automatically selects display mode. |

Hierarchy levels (possible number: 1 - 99) |
You determine how many hierarchy levels are expanded in the structure tree. If you do not enter a number, the system displays all hierarchy levels. |

Preview last project |
If you select this indicator, the last project you worked with is automatically displayed in the structure tree the next time you call up the Project Builder. |

Display deleted objects |
If you select this indicator, the system displays objects flagged for deletion (logically deleted objects), highlighting them in color. |

With these indicators you determine which object are contained in the Templates screen area:

With these indicators you determine which objects can be edited in the Project Builder. Objects that are not to be edited are not displayed in the screen areas. |
