Change Documents 

Purpose

In Agency Business, you can post change documents, which provide you with an overview of changes made to agency documents and enables you to check these. For each document, changed header data, item data, and the conditions that change as a result, are recorded. You can also determine who changed the data, and when.

Prerequisites

For change documents for an agency document to be posted, the Change documents flag must be selected in the Billing type in Customizing for Agency Business.

Process Flow

  1. You choose Changes in change or display mode of the agency document in question.

This takes you to a screen that contains the following information relating to changes to the document, in the form of a table:

  1. If you double click on one of the lines in the list, the system displays detailed information on the change, such as:
  1. You choose Back to display the agency document again.

You can use report RWLF1CHD to display the relevant changes per document.

In the archiving process, the change documents are archived together with the agency business documents.
