Activate Change Pointer for Message Category CONDBI
In this step, you activate/deactive the change pointers defined.
Example
You can, for example, deactivate change pointers for message category CONDBI (condition index for document changes) for certain fields. When a change is made to these fields in master data maintenance, no change pointer is updated and no IDoc generated.
Requirements
In order for these settings to take effect, the
change pointer must be 
active.
Standard Settings
Change pointers are activated as standard for all fields.
Activities
1. Execute the
function.
2. Maintain the
active status.
3. Save your
entries.
Further Notes
Under normal circumstances, you should not make any changes. If you have created your own message category, you must activate the individual fields in the following step.
