The first time you use the Online Planning function, you have to make settings for the selection and for how the worklist is displayed. Normally, you probably work with the same settings each time. These can be saved as a variant and used every time you call up Online Planning (see Activities under

You can narrow down the worklist based on organizational levels (such as site and purchasing organization) and time factors (such as purchase order date and horizon).
You can specify selection criteria (for example, order cycle or merchandise category) for the articles to be ordered.
You can specify data that the system should use for the order items when it generates purchase orders from the worklist.
The settings you make here influence the make up of the purchase orders (for example, as a result of automatic rounding or a listing check).
This is where you define the sort sequence in the worklist.
