You use this function to make a telephone connection for negotiating with a vendor or seller of perishables while in Requirements Planning for Perishables.

Using SAPphone, the system can automatically call the number of your contact person from the telephone at your desk. To do so, it uses the partner function PE (perishables) to find the right contact person and telephone number.

If the perishables contact person has not been maintained, the vendor proposes the main telephone number of the vendor. If more than one contact person has been maintained, you can select which one you want to call.

Position the cursor on the vendor you want to call and select Call vendor.
