Use
The perishables planning list is the basis of all the functions available in perishables planning. It contains an easy-to-read overview of all the articles to be processed in a particular environment and all the key data pertaining to these articles.
You can use the perishables planning list for the following purposes:

If you plan for a distribution center, the perishables planning list also contains information on all the sites supplied by the distribution center in which the article concerned is listed.
This tab pages includes the number and description of the article as well as fields for entering the order quantity and the net price (only in the case of the Purchase order processing method).
This contains information from the Pricing component (which you can display only), such as the purchase price, the margin and the sales price.
This contains information from the Perishables Information System (which you can display only), such as sales store orders, purchase orders placed with external vendors.
This contains information on the delivery phases planned. Alternatively, you can also enter the order quantity here. If you make any changes here, they affect the planning list tab page.
This contains information on allocation tables, for example. If you selected the Allocation table processing methods, you can also enter an allocation rule here.
The content of the tab pages represent different views on the articles selected on the initial screen together with the various information. By simply switching tab pages, you can bring to the foreground the information you currently require.

To do so, choose Edit ® Sort by and the relevant menu pick.
You can sort the list by selecting the required column and choosing Sort descending or Sort ascending. If you decide on a particular sort sequence on one tab page, this is used in the others.

The allocation table and collective purchase order functions do not use the prices in the perishables planning list but calculate them separately. It is therefore not possible to enter purchase prices in the perishables planning list for this processing method.
