Displaying the status for a notification |
Status field above the tabstrip |
You can see the current system status to the left of the status field while the current user status is located to the right of this field. If no user statuses can be assigned for the notification, this row is not displayed. The current status indicates the processing phase of the notification. The status field also contains the task status. As long as at least one notification task is still outstanding or has been released, the status field contains the status Outstanding task(s) exist(s). While this status is set, you cannot complete the notification. |

All active system statuses of the notification are displayed in the column System status. You can see the user status in the columns Status with status number and Status without status number (see Assigning User Status). |

Displaying total status overview |

You can see which processing steps have already been performed. All active and inactive system and user statuses for the notification are displayed. |
Displaying statuses that can be assigned |

You can see which processing steps are currently allowed or not allowed. By selecting Transaction analysis, you can find out which business transactions resulted in which statuses. |
Displaying change documents for the status |

This enables you to see who set a status when using which function. |
