With this authorization object, it is possible to restrict maintenance of vendor evaluations on the basis of the purchasing organization.
The authorization object consists of two fields:
The various authorizations for this object thus determine for which purchasing organizations and with which activity vendor evaluations may be processed.
Examples of possible activities are "Create", "Change", and "Display".
User A may create, change and display vendor evaluations for all purchasing organizations.
Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '*', activities 'A' (for creating and changing) and 'D' (for displaying).
User B may only display vendor evaluations for one particular purchasing organization (e.g., "1234").
Relevant authorization: purchasing organization '1234', activity 'D'.
