Copying Project Costing 

Prerequisites

Plan versions are defined in customizing.

Procedure

  1. Choose Logistics or Accounting ® Project System ® Financials ® Planning ® Copy Costs and Revenues ® Copy Project Costing (Indiv) or Copy Project Costing (Collective).

    2. The initial screen for copying planning appears.

  2. Enter the relevant data and choose the relevant process control.

Result

The system copies the plan data from the template to the plan version. You can evaluate the plan version in reporting and compare it with other plan versions.

When copying has been successfully completed, the system displays a list showing the number of data records copied.

If you flagged the detail list indicator, the system also generates a list showing all the data records copied and the planning activities you selected.
