Changing the Plant Allocation 

  1. In the Technical objects screen choose BOM ® <BOM type> ® Plant allocation ® Change.

    2. You are now on the initial screen for changing the allocation of a BOM to a plant.

  2. Enter the required data and choose Continue.

    3. You are now on the Current Allocations screen and will see a list of the plants to which the BOM is allocated.

  3. Make all the necessary changes. For example, you can

    4. – Allocate the BOM to further plants

    To do this, use the menu bar sequence Edit ® New allocations.

    The system opens further entry fields for allocating plants to the BOM and you can make all the entries you require.

    – Delete existing plant allocations

    To do this select all the allocations you want to delete in the All allocations to BOM screen. Use the menu bar sequence Edit ® Delete allocations.

    The system produces a dialog box with a confirmation prompt. Confirm that you want to delete the allocation by pressing Yes.

  4. When you have finished making all your changes, save them.
