Changing Customer Requirements 

Procedure

It may be necessary to change the document of customer requirements manually. For example, if the quantity to be delivered or the scheduled delivery date is changed.

  1. To change customer requirements, on the Demand Management screen, select Customer reqmts ® Change.
  2. The initial screen for changing customer requirements appears.

  3. The number of the sales order you last entered is in the Requirements plan field.
  4. You have the following options:

    – If this is the correct requirements plan number, choose ENTER.

    – You can change the requirements plan number, and choose ENTER.

    – You can search for the requirements plan number, select Customer requirements list.

    The selection screen for the customer requirements list appears.

    Enter the selection criteria:

  5. Choose Continue.
  6. The system displays a list of customer requirements numbers that fit your selection criteria.

  7. Choose the appropriate number, and choose Choose.

The item screen for changing customer requirements appears from which you can edit the customer requirements.
