In Display Total Requirements, you can check and, if necessary, change the planning figures. With this evaluation function you can list all the planned independent requirements that exist for a material or a product group. From this total requirements display, you can access detailed information, or you can enter change mode.

1. On the Demand Management, select Evaluations ® Display total reqmts.

The initial screen for displaying total requirements appears.

2. Enter the material number.
3. Enter the requirements plan number if the planned independent requirements you want to display are created with a requirements plan number. To select all requirements plans, leave this field blank.
4. Specify the requirements type.

To select all requirements types, leave this field blank.

5. Enter the plant of the planned independent requirements.
6. Enter the allocation indicator.
7. To display only the history, select History.
8. You can limit the period in the display by entering the Requirements date, and the Requirements date to.
9. Choose Continue.

The total requirements display for planned independent requirements appears.

Depending on your settings in the initial screen, the system displays a list of available planned independent requirements and quantities, and a list of the customer requirements that are allocated, and that cannot be allocated.
