To copy versions collectively, on the Demand Management screen, select Environment ® Copy version. The initial screen of the report for copying versions appears.
Enter the selection criteria.
Use Version to define the source version to be copied, and enter the version number of the target version.
To change the quantities of the schedule lines of the target version using arithmetic operations, enter the quantity by which the schedule line is to be changed in Change quantity,and the operator to be used.
To displace the schedule lines of the target version by months, enter the number of months in Displace by ___ month(s).Determine whether the target version is to be active or inactive.
Determine whether:
– A history is to be recorded.
– A results list is to be recorded. The results list displays all selected materials with warnings and error messages.
– The report is to be run in simulation mode with no changes to the database.
Start the report.
