Copying Data and Monitoring Reference Changes

Procedure

If you monitor the copy procedure and, if you want to select changes, select Create selection list (online). The system displays a list of the materials that have changed references.

Determine if the reference is active or inactive and decide which reference changes to copy.

Select the material, and choose Choose.

The system displays the Copy Data Changes dialog box.

Select Yes, selected, and choose Continue.

The system displays the compare screen.

In the column on the left of the screen, the system displays the changed schedule lines of the reference to be copied.
In the column on the right of the screen, the system displays the schedule lines.

By choosing the period in the left column, you can copy the value of the schedule line to the right column of the screen.

You can check the selected materials. When a material is processed, it has the "processed" flag in the selection list.
