Executing Progress Analysis

Use

You use progress analysis to monitor the planned and actual progress of the project using the actual work (activity) performed.

The system valuates the activity using the total planned costs, the percentage of completion (POC) and the posted actual costs. Progress analysis provides you with precise information regarding the progress of the project, as well as the cost and date situation. This enables you to recognize trends and take appropriate control measures.

The results include the following data for the Detail Engineering activities, which form the basis for the progress analysis.
