Maintain Search Helps

In this step, you can revise existing search helps for source list records or define new ones.

Search helps are valid across clients.

Standard Settings

The standard system includes the search help MEORV for the collective search help MEOR. This facilitates searches via source list records for outline agreement items.

Recommendation

Since a large number of search helps can impair the performance of your system, you should check which ones you wish to use and deactivate any that are not needed.

Activities

1. Check whether the search helps included in the standard system satisfy your needs.

2. If necessary, supplement the search helps for the collective search help MEOR.

3. Deactivate any search helps that are surplus to requirements.
