Define Copying Rules

In this step, you define the copying rules for texts in purchasing info records:

You use copying rules to determine which texts can be adopted from other objects (for example, RFQs, purchase orders) to purchasing info records. You link text types in the purchasing info record with text types in other objects.

You can adopt texts from the following objects:

Check the predefined links for adopting text.

If you want to modify these links to fit your requirements, proceed as follows:

1. Select the text type required and choose Text linkages.
2. Enter the source object required (for example, purchase order) and the source text (for example, item text).
