Define call frequency

In this step, you define how often you or your purchasing department want to receive vendor sales calls.

Requirements

Your R/3 System is configured as an

SAP Retail System.

Standard Settings

The following settings are available in the standard system:

Call frequency Description

0001 Daily
0002 Weekly
0003 Monthly
0004 Quarterly
0006 Every two months
0012 Monthly
0026 Every fortnight
0052 Weekly
0365 Daily

Activities

1. Specify an alphanumeric key with a maximum of 4 characters and a description for the call frequency of the contact person.
2. Make sure that the key of the call frequency is entered for the contact person in the vendor master record.
