Print Physical Inventory Document

Description

This report is used to print physical inventory documents.

You can use the printed physical inventory documents as physical inventory lists. You enter the counting results manually on the printout of the physical inventory document. The printout containing the entered counting results is then used to enter the counting results in the system.

To define the format and content of the printed documents, use the SAPscript form INVENT.

Requirement

To print the physical inventory documents, you need the authorization for displaying and printing physical inventory documents (authorization object M_ISEG_WIB).

Output

The report does not generate a list, but creates a print request. Depending on how the specified printer is set, the print request is printed immediately or is stored in a spool file for later printout.

To display the documents, proceed as follows:

• When entering the printer, choose Print preview. This allows you to display the document in edited format, before you generate the print request.

• If you print the document from the spool file, you can display the spool request via System -> Services -> Output controller.
