Posting the Goods Issue 

Use

Before the materials can be shipped, they must first be picked. You then carry out the goods issue for the elevator components.

WM picking is executed using a transfer order, which allows you to start and monitor movements within a warehouse complex. The transfer order is the basis for the picking list, which is used to withdraw the ordered goods from stock.

Procedure

  1. Call up the transaction as follows:

  2. On the Change Outbound Delivery screen, enter your delivery number, then choose .
  3. Choose Subsequent Functions ® Create Transfer Order.
  4. In the dialog box, choose Yes.
  5. Enter the following data:

If the Exit Plan Reconciliation dialog box appears, choose Yes.

Result

The system creates a transfer order for the picking of the delivery. Option 2 (Adopt picking quantity) ensures that the goods issue posting is made at the same time as the delivery.
