General Functions  

On the Intervals for Available Capacity screen (from the Capacities tab page in resource maintenance, choose Capacity ® Intervals and shifts), you use the following functions to navigate and make the general settings.

Function

Action/Menu Path

Find and maintain available capacity valid on a specific date

Choose Extras ® Go to date

Enter the date and choose Continue.

The available capacity valid on this date is displayed.

Move a certain available capacity to the first position

Select the available capacity and choose Edit ® Position.

The selected line is moved to the first line.

Edit a different capacity

Choose Go to ® Another cap. cat.

Enter the capacity category of the capacity you want to edit and choose Continue.

The available capacity of the capacity category you selected is displayed and can be edited.

Hide all shifts and display operating times and available capacities for each interval of available capacity

Choose Only intervals

Show all shifts and display operating times and available capacities for each shift

Choose Intervals and Shifts

Undo all changes made after saving

Choose Extras ® Reset capacity

Change the unit of measurement in which the available capacity is displayed for all intervals of available capacity at one time

Enter the new unit of measurement in the Unit of Measurement field on the first line of the table and choose Continue.

All available capacities are displayed in the unit of measurement entered.
