You use this function when a resource is to debit the activities of a business process.

A resource can be assigned to exactly one business process for a certain period of time. The business process appears in the recipe as a default value. You can keep the business process from being changed in the recipe by setting the reference indicator.

You must assign a formula to each business process. This formula is used to control the quantity-based utilization of the business process.

You enter the following data:

• The business process to which you want to assign the resource and the validity period of this assignment

• A cost center
