You can display lists for single settlement requests, settlement request lists, vendor billing documents, posting lists, and remuneration lists. These lists contain the documents that exist in the system. The lists are useful if you are searching for a document, as you can go directly from the list to a display of the document.

You can call up two types of lists for agency documents:

• Lists that display header data of documents
• Lists that display header and item data

In these lists, you can sort, aggregate, and print documents.

Choose the agency document category and then Lists

The screen for narrowing down the documents selected is displayed. If you do not enter any selection criteria here, all agency documents in the system of the document category selected are displayed.
