Carry out Message Evaluation Using SAP Business Graphic 

To evaluate message data using the SAP business graphic, proceed as follows:

  1. On the layout screen for the SAP business graphic, press the function key Evaluate.

    2. The system displays a dialog box on which you can specify the evaluation period and the message category to be evaluated.

  2. Enter the evaluation period and specify a message category if desired.
  3. Press the function key Continue.

    4. The system displays a dialog box on which you can specify the type of chart you would like to display.

  4. Select the desired chart, and press the function key Continue.

    5. The system lists the characteristics pre-selected on the layout screen. They are subdivided in two groups for numeric and non-numeric values. Below each group, a message informs you how many characteristics of each group you can choose for the type of chart selected.

  5. Select the specified number of characteristics and press the function key Continue.

    6. The system displays the desired graphic. You can modify the display using the functionality of the SAP business graphic.

  6. Choose the Back function to return to the list with the pre-selected characteristics.
  7. You can now repeat step 5 with a new combination of characteristics or exit the evaluation by choosing Back.
