Carry out Message Evaluation Using SAP XXL List Viewer 

To evaluate message data using the SAP XXL list viewer, proceed as follows:

  1. On the layout screen for the SAP XXL list viewer, press the function key Evaluate.

    2. The system displays a dialog box on which you can specify the evaluation period and the message category to be evaluated.

  2. Enter the evaluation period and specify a message category if desired.
  3. Press the function key Continue.

    4. The system displays a dialog box on which you can specify whether the data should be displayed in the list viewer, in Excel 5, exported to SAPoffice or to your PC.

  4. To display the data in the list viewer, select the option Excel 4 / SAP macros, and press the function key Continue.

    5. The system calls up the SAP-XXL list viewer in which the data is displayed as defined in your layout. You can now process the data within XXL.

  5. To return to R/3, choose either of the following options:

The system exits the list viewer and returns to the R/3 System.

You can now continue working within R/3 System. At the same time, the results of your evaluation are still displayed within the SAP XXL list viewer.
