Define Selection Rules for Process Messages 

To define selection rules for process messages, proceed as follows:

  1. On the initial screen for process message evaluation, enter your plant.

    2. If you want to define the selection rules for an evaluation version, also specify the name of this evaluation version.

  2. Press the function key Selection criteria.

    3. The system branches to the screen on which you can define the selection rules.

  3. Maintain the desired rules for the message characteristics.
  4. If desired, save your evaluation version.
