Define Layout for SAP XXL List Viewer 

To define the layout for the SAP XXL list viewer, proceed as follows:

  1. On the initial screen for process message evaluation, enter your plant.

    2. If you want to define the layout for an evaluation version, also specify the name of this evaluation version.

  2. Press the function key SAP XXL.

    3. The system branches to the screen on which you can define the layout for the SAP XXL list viewer.

  3. Select your line characteristics, column group characteristics and column characteristics by clicking on the corresponding check box to the right of the characteristic names.
  4. Define a sequence for the characteristics within the individual categories by assigning sort numbers to them.

    5. You can enter the sort numbers directly on the layout screen or on detail screens that list the characteristics of the individual categories separately.

    To call up the detail screens, select the menu options Goto ® Line charact. view, Goto ® Column group. view or Goto ® Column charact. view.

    You can return to the layout screen by pressing the function key Continue.

  5. If desired, save your evaluation version.
