Copy Evaluation Version 

To copy the data of an existing evaluation version into a new one, proceed as follows:

  1. On the initial screen for process message evaluation, enter the plant of the evaluation version and select the menu options Evaluation ® Evaluation version ® Copy.

    2. The system displays a dialog box in which you can specify the names of the existing evaluation version and that of the new one.

  2. Enter the names of the evaluation versions and press the function key Continue.

    3. The system copies the data of the existing evaluation version into the new one and takes you to the screen with the selection rules.

  3. You can change the copied selection rules as well as the layouts for the SAP XXL list viewer and the SAP business graphic.

    4. To access the screens for defining the layouts, press the corresponding function keys.

  4. To save your evaluation version, choose the Save function on any of these screens.
