Create Evaluation Version 

To create an evaluation version, proceed as follows:

  1. On the initial screen for process message evaluation, enter the plant and the name of your evaluation version and press the function key Create.

    2. The system displays a dialog box in which you can enter a description for your evaluation version.

  2. Enter a description for your evaluation version and press the function key Continue.

    3. The system takes you to the screen on which you can define rules for the selection of the process messages to be evaluated.

  3. You can access the screens for defining the SAP XXL layout and the SAP business graphic layout by pressing the corresponding pushbuttons.
  4. To save your evaluation version, choose the Save function on any of these screens.

You can also define selection criteria and layouts without first creating an evaluation version. In this case, the system will request you to enter the name and description of the evaluation version when you save the data.
