Releasing Process Orders 

You can release a process order in the create or change mode.

On the General Header screen of the application menu for process orders, choose Process order ® Functions ® Release. The status REL is displayed in the System status field.
When you save your entries, the process order is released. All operations and phases in the order then have the status Released.

Releasing Process Orders Automatically

In the production scheduling profile maintained in Customizing, you can specify that process orders are released automatically.

You can assign the profile to the process order in the material master record (Work Scheduling view) of the material to be produced, or via the order type in Customizing.

Automatic batch creation can be carried out for the material you want to produce.
