Checking the Availability of the Materials in an Order
Use
You can check the availability of materials required for producing your order at header level or at the level of each individual component.
To check material availability, choose Process order
® Functions ® Availability check ® Material - ATP on the header screen.The system carries out an availability check in the background and issues a message informing you whether you have a material shortfall or whether all materials are available.
To find out which shortfalls you have, you can call up the system log for material availability, which will give you details of the missing material components.
