Setting/Removing Deletion Flags for PRTs 

This procedure describes how you set or remove a deletion flag for a production resource/tool (PRT) with a PRT master record (miscellaneous).

Prerequisites

You can only set a deletion flag for a PRT with a PRT master record (miscellaneous) if it is no longer assigned to an operation or phase.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP menu, choose Logistics ® Production Process ® Master Data ® Production Resources/Tools ® Production Resources/Tools ® PRT Master (Misc.) ® Change.
  2. Enter the PRT key and choose .
  3. On the Basic Data screen, choose Edit ® Deletion flag on/off.

Result

The deletion flag is changed, that is, depending on the initial state it is either set or removed. You cannot assign PRTs for which the deletion flag has been set.
