Creating PRTs as Documents 

  1. In the SAP menu, choose Logistics ® Production Process ® Master Data ® Production Resources/Tools ® Production Resources/Tools ® Document ® Create.
  2. Enter data as required.

    3. Use a document type that is intended for use as a production resource/tool.

  3. Choose .
  4. Enter the document data.

By specifying the corresponding document status, you release the document for use as a PRT.
  1. Save the document.
