Displaying Administrative Data on Recipe Objects

Use

You use this procedure to display administrative data, such as the person who last changed an object, the change date, and change number for the following recipe objects:

Recipe header
Operations and phases
Relationships
Component assignments to operations and phases
Secondary resources
Process instructions
Process instruction characteristics

The administrative data of the production version is displayed directly on the maintenance screen for the production version (see Maintaining Production Versions).

Procedure

Call up the detail view of the object type you want to display, such as the recipe header or the detail screen for a phase.

Go to the Administrative data tab.
