Procedures
Displaying Available Capacity in List Form

You can directly compare the available capacity of different versions of available capacity and/or different capacity categories. You can compare a maximum of three versions of available capacity and/or capacity categories at the same time.
All intervals that correspond to the selection are listed.
Displaying Available Capacity in a Graphic
You can use the SAP Business Graphic to display available capacity for different capacity categories and/or versions. The capacity categories or versions of available capacity that are displayed in the profile of available capacity are also displayed in the graphic.

Note that you can only display the graphic for more than one available capacity if these available capacities are displayed in the same unit of measurement on the Profile of Available Capacity screen.
To display available capacity graphically, proceed as follows:
The Time Frame for Period Pattern and Selections dialog box appears.
If you enter a period pattern key, the period lengths and period types are determined using this key.
– Period duration: Determines how many units of the period type you entered are displayed together. For example, if the period length is 4 and the period type is calendar days, then 4 calendar days are displayed together.
– Period type: For the display, you can choose between the period types of calendar days, working days, weeks, months and years. If you select working days and have entered a factory calendar, then the working days based on the factory calendar are taken into account.
The SAP Business Graphic appears. The available capacity of the different capacity categories is displayed three-dimensionally within the time frame you entered.

For more information on the SAP Business Graphics, refer to the topic SAP Business Graphics in the document BC SAP Graphics: User Handbook.
