You are in the Intervals of Available Capacity view.

• The validity period of the interval of available capacity: You define the validity period by entering the valid from date or valid to date.

• Shift sequence: Enter the shift sequence key that defines the order of the shifts over one or more days.

• Cycle duration: The cycle duration determines when the available capacity is repeated. The system starts the cycle on Monday. The cycle works in such a way that it begins on the Monday before the start of the interval of available capacity. If the interval of available capacity also starts on Monday, then the cycle starts at the same time as the interval.

• Number of shifts: Enter the number of shifts in one day within the interval of available capacity.

• Factory day indicator: You set this indicator to specify whether the days in the interval of available capacity are workdays and whether capacity is therefore available.

• Shift values: Maintain the shift values for capacity utilization and no. of indiv. cap (number of individual capacities, such as number of machines or people) which make up the capacity group.
