The following indicators are part of the planning details:
- Relevant for capacity scheduling
: You use this indicator to specify that the available capacity and capacity utilization of the capacity are taken into account in capacity scheduling.
- Can be used by several operations:
You use this indicator to specify that the available capacity of a capacity can be used by several operations. You do this, for example, when the available capacity of one person is to be used by several operations. You can also use this indicator to plan for a group of processing units.
If an operation already uses some of the available capacity and you do not set the indicator, no further operations may use the remaining available capacity.
- Long-term planning:
You set this indicator to specify that a capacity is taken into account for capacity requirements planning and capacity determination in long-term planning (LTP), based on a planned demand program.
You can also enter the overload percentage. By entering the overload percentage, you determine by what percent the capacity load can exceed the available capacity (for example, whether work can be done during breaks).
