Locking and Unlocking a Resource
Use
You lock resources if you are not going to use them immediately in a recipe or process order but want to use them at a later time. In this case, you can unlock them. The system warns you if you use a locked resource in a recipe or process order.
Procedure
On the Basic Data screen in resource maintenance, choose Extras
® Status ® Lock/Unlock. The resource is then locked from further use.If you want to unlock the resource, choose the same menu options as for locking. You will receive a message from the system that the resource has been unlocked.
