User statuses are statuses defined by the user to document the processing status of the resource from the user’s point of view. Possible statuses are, for example, "cleaned" or "maintained".

You can set any number of user statuses for a resource. In addition, you can enter a long text describing the status for each user status.

You must have assigned the status profile to the resource category in Customizing.

1. On the Basic Data screen in resource maintenance, choose Extras ® Status ® User status
2. Activate the status.
