Collective Release of Purchase Requisitions 

  1. Choose Requisition ® Release ® Collective release.

    2. The selection screen for collective release appears.

  2. Enter your release code and any other selection criteria.
  3. Choose Program ® Execute to display the requisition items or Complete Purchase Requisitions awaiting release.
  4. Decide whether you wish to release all items or complete requisitions at once or release - and possibly change - individual items.

Choose Edit ® Select ® Select all.

– Individual

Select the item and choose Goto ® Individual release.
The item detail screen is displayed.
At this point, you can make changes.

You can cancel (revoke) the release and reinstate the previous release status. To do so, choose Edit ® Release ® Cancel.
  1. Save the release.
