Creating Conditions on the Price Overview Screen

You have generated a list of conditions for an info record. You get a price overview screen, starting from which you wish to create new conditions.

If you have previously maintained conditions, these will be displayed to you.

Choose Edit ® Scope ® All possibilities to create further conditions. The system will then display all the conditions that you are able to maintain.

Procedure

  1. Position the cursor on the condition key.

If you have entered a vendor, a purchasing organization, and a material as selection criteria, position the cursor on the line with this data.
  1. Choose to create conditions.

    2. The condition screen is displayed.

    Take care that the validity period of the new condition does not overlap with that of an existing condition.

  2. Enter an amount for the relevant condition or choose another condition type.
  3. Choose to return to the price overview screen.
  4. If desired, create further conditions.
  5. Save the conditions.
